HOW TO USE:
This page displays the current weather over New Zealand for "Wind"
To find out more details and layers, click on "Wind" (Top RH Corner)
for the Menu and more layers. e.g. Temperture or rain radar etc.
Click on the red X to close the menu. To zoom in/out, hover over the
picture and use your wheel mouse or the + , - top right.
To scroll up and down the page you need to be outside of the map to use
the wheel mouse.
To center the map press and hold the mouse to drag the map.
To reset the page back to default, press Ctrl + R or right click the
mouse and press refresh.
